How Much Should You Can? ~2012

One of my goals for My 101 in 1001 was to complete this canning grid. After I completed it, I needed a way to keep track of all the goodies. Enter . . . a new page. This page is a place for me to keep track of my canning and preserving for the season. Hopefully, it will also become a library of canning recipes that you (and I) can use. My goal is to link canning posts back to this page. Check back soon to see what’s cooking canning!

Vegetables:
Asparagus:  .5 quarts frozen

Pickles:
Asparagus: 2.25 quarts canned
Ramps: 1.25 quarts canned
